Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GirlTrend. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Photos or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer
    or

  • UPI transfer

Customers may be required to provide their bank details or UPI ID.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer replacement or exchange only for defective or incorrect products.

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
